Performance

In tests, it was able to keep the Intel Core i9-12900K at around 75°C under full load overclocked to 5.2Ghz all-cores. This is impressive cooling considering the 250W power draw of the overclocked i9-12900K.

With a Ryzen 9 5950X overclocked to 4.6Ghz, temperatures remained below 83°C in a 20-minute stress test. So the AK620 has no issues taming the heat from either top-tier AMD or Intel CPUs.

The dual tower design and six heatpipes effectively dissipate heat away from the processor. And the 120mm fans can ramp up to provide tremendous airflow when needed. At the same time, the noise levels stay relatively low at around 30 dBA when running at normal speeds.
